In 2013, God began to burden my heart about reaching the people in the Caribbean region. It is out of that burden that Operation ROC was born. There are 44 million people that inhabit the Caribbean Islands. Our desire is that they would accept Christ as their Savior and grow in the Lord through their local New Testament Baptist Church. - Dr. Scott Hester
